It's Thursday, I'm tired, this is Dora Reads, so let's check out some superhero-y comics-y goodness!
Venom Incoming!
Y'know I love Venom.
I just hope Venom 3, aka Venom: The Last Dance has a little more fun, and just a couple less action scenes, than Venom 2.
It's supposed to be a mix of genres (imho,) instead of an all-out brainless action flick - that mix is what made the first movie so excellent.
As well as my birthday-buddy Tom Hardy as Eddie Brock, this time around we also get Rhys Ifans -
(pronounced as either ee-fans or ee-vans - his birth name is Evans, and Ifans is the de-Anglicised, re-Cymricised, version of that,)
- as proof both that British actors remain the cheaper option, and that Welsh people will find our way into anything, given half the chance 😅 (we're a population of 3 million people, but just watch us run bois 😎)
