I finished watching series 3 of The Umbrella Academy (TUA) this week - so obviously I'm now in desperate for more TUA content.
Because - as is well established by this point - I am trash.
There will be mild SPOILERS in this post...
...and more-than-mild SPOILERS in the fic itself.
OK? Established? Fab.
This fic is angsty hurt/comfort Klaus and Sparrow Ben.
Because - as mentioned - I am trash.
And I am especially Klaus trash. And Sparrow Ben needs a hug as much as anyone else - it's not his fault he's not Umbrella Ben dammit!

The basic thing with this fic is Klaus is having a bad-PTSD-day, complete with full-homo yearning for his lost love, and Sparrow Ben has literally no clue WTF is going on.
But... Klaus is not OK, so he guesses he better help out.
He seems to be the only one around, after all. And this doesn't seem like something that can just be *waves hands* left...
Honestly?
I just love the sweet-and-sour aspects between Klaus and Ben here, it soothed my emo goblin spaghetti brain's lust for TUA-ness.
