It's been a little while since my first SamBucky rec list - so I thought I'd bring you some more of the shippy goodness!
(Fandom notes:
SamBucky is a romantic and/or sexual relationship between Sam Wilson and Bucky Barnes from the MCU (Marvel) movies etc., especially the Captain America movies, and the The Falcon and The Winter Soldier (TFATWS) TV series.
Shippy = related to ships.
Ships are relationships between two or more characters.)
As always with this kind of list, the Content Warnings will be in the original rec'ing post, which I'll link to.
Also pay attention to the fic author's tags on the fics themselves, and generally take care, dearest nerdlets!

From the Outside, Looking In by burnthatbridge is a fic firmly in the trope/sub-genre of 'everyone knows that Sam and Bucky are dating... except Sam and/or Bucky.'
Both Bucky and Sam here require the metaphorical equivalent of being hit over the head with the truth repeatedly before they realise that they are, in fact, a couple.
It's a lot of fun, quite a bit of fluff, and hits all the points you'd want it to hit.

On the same theme, (it's true) I just want you by the_crown_jules is a fic where Sam is the very last person to figure out he and Bucky are a couple
Basically, Bucky ends up in quarantine because he got splatted in the face with mysterious alien goo that made him really ill; so he's texting/messaging at Sam. A lot.
Sam, who's doing some work with Rhodey (y'know, from Iron Man, etc.,) keeps getting interrupted by his notifications.
Rhodey tells him to go comfort his man already, and Sam basically makes the shocked Pikachu face; cue hilarity and strangely wholesome sexting.
If you prefer your fanfiction especially heavy on tropes, then try maybe together, we can get somewhere by faintlystrange.
This is a well-written road-trip fic with slow burn romance, pining, and a dash of angst
- and if that trope stew ain't enough for you, then I will also add a healthy helping of schmoop and fluff as Sam introduces Bucky to the everyday wonders of The Big Wide World™.
It was super-enjoyable, with enough light-n-shade to keep yours truly's little goblin spaghetti brain happy.
If you want something sublimely surreal, then give Baba Yaga's Love Shack by MercuryInRetro a shot.
Fast food! Romance novels! Convenient first aid kits! That trope where one partner (Sam) tends to the other (Bucky)'s wounds!
As the summary for this fic says: 'Baba Yaga ships it.'

Or for fairytale-style goings-on that's marginally less surreal (but still pretty batpoop,) check out The Little White Wolf by Writer_Lethogica.
Bucky is a wolf who lives in a magic forest, and gets turned into a people so that he can be with his crush, Sam, who is the local village healer.
Kind of like a reverse-werewolf situation, with an emphasis on fun fairytale-ness.
This fic is bizarre and fun and I love it.
Not least because Steve Rogers is a golden retriever.
