Month In Review(s) - December 2021

December had Christmas - and therefore was de facto awesome.

I don't make the rules (well, not all of them.)

(I love Christmas. So. Much.)

As I usually do in December, I scaled back on blogging a bit

 - although I decided to keep going with my Comics Wrap-Up posts this year so that I could ramble on about Hawkeye, because I am Marvel trash.

So that's the reason there's so few posts this month.

I usually try to use the time when I'm posting less to schedule and organise and all that jazz. Key word is 'try' - but there's points for trying, right? 😉

December was much less migraine-y than November! Woo!

Unfortunately, I did have another one that started around the 29th of December, which I still have - or maybe have the successor to, it's hard to tell sometimes.

Not fun, but if I stress about it, then it'll just keep the migraine-cycle going - my migraines are usually triggered by big changes in stress levels (inc. relaxing too quickly,) and/or by other migraines (yes, migraines can trigger more migraines.)

So I've gotta pace myself and just keep swimming! (Metaphorically - 'cos I can't actually swim.)

  2. Sorry to hear you are suffering from migraines. I have weird migraines but thankfully they are very rare. It must be tough to keep having them back to back like that. Hope you are feeling better soon.

  3. I also love Christmas--the whole season seems so cheery and brings out the good in most people. I'm sorry about your migraines! The pandemic makes stress levels go to extremes, so I wish you excellent health for 2022.
